Syensqo offers a variety of tailored classroom or in-field training courses for our customers. From SX basics and refreshers to more advanced training, these are intended to improve the understanding of solvent extraction theory, practice and plant optimization. Some common courses offered include:

• Half day or full day classroom training on metallurgical and physical concepts in solvent extraction - tailored for plant operators, metallurgical teams or management groups.
• Hands-on mixer-settler training with pilot plant scale equipment to visualize physical aspects of solvent extraction and understand how mixer-settlers may respond to various process changes
• Regional seminars including industry projects and papers along with training sessions
• Training on Syensqo's digital tool offerings, MINCHEM™ and SolvExtract™
• Upstream and downstream trainings related to leach technologies and electrowinning
• External supported short courses by industry experts
